Please note that to ensure the safety and health of our customers and due to the nature and usage of Adult Products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once items leave our warehouse they are considered to be used and non-resalable. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. If an item arrives damaged or defective most items are covered under warranty. You must reach out to customer service within 7 days of order delivery regarding a replacement.

Order Cancelation

Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our fulfillment process is streamlined and orders are immediately sent to shipping. Due to high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to cancel orders after submitted.
